The mural, celebrating Tippy—who has been waiting for a home for over four years—was designed to bring her story to life on a larger-than-life scale. Visible from the I-5 highway near Encinitas, this mural is part of the Humane Society’s massive renovation and a testament to the power of art in inspiring community engagement and animal adoption.
